Fees and Terms
- New Covered boat slip: $280 per month
- Existing Covered boat slip: $240 per month
- Uncovered boat slip: $195 per month
- Boat trailer parking: $35 per month
- Fees for vessels over 24 feet will be determined based on availability.
- Boat Slip Lease Agreement required.
- Lease term: 12 months, renewable annually.
- Lease fees are due on the 1st of each month.
- Monthly invoices will be sent via email.
- Payments can be made through ACH transfer or credit card.
